Create and manage classes, assign subjects, link teachers to classes, and manage the overall academic structure of your institution.

📅 Academic Calendar

Plan the school year by setting important academic dates such as term start and end dates, holidays, exam periods, and special events.

📢 Communication Media

Send announcements, updates, and reminders to students, teachers, and parents using built-in communication tools.

📝 Exam and Performance

Create, schedule, and manage online and offline exams. Track student performance and generate reports and analytics.

💵 Institution Finance

Manage school finances, including income, expenses, and budgeting tools (available in premium version).

👥 Personnel Management

Add school staff, assign roles, and manage internal responsibilities. Staff members will have access to the Staff Panel based on their roles.

🌐 Institution Website

Create and manage a free school website directly from the admin panel. This includes uploading general information, a teacher directory, and a photo gallery.

The School Admin Panel is currently only available on the web version of mTalim. Mobile app access for admins is under development.
