Sending a direct message to a teacher

You can initiate a private chat with any of your child's teachers to discuss performance or ask questions.

1. On the main Parent Panel dashboard, tap the "Chat" icon (or go to the Chat tab).

2. The list of available contacts (your child's teachers) will appear.

3. Tap the name of the teacher you wish to contact.

4. Type your message and tap Send. This conversation is private between you and the teacher.
