Assigning approved users to specific classes

After a user is approved to join the school, the next critical step is class assignment.

  1. Go to "Academic Management""Classes".

  2. Select the desired class (e.g., Grade 9A).

  3. Navigate to the "Members" or "Assignment" tab for that class.

  4. Select the user (Student or Teacher) from the list of approved members.

  5. Click "Assign" or "Add to Class". Once a user is assigned, their panel will instantly reflect the subjects, timetable, and materials relevant to that class.
