Tracking staff salaries and payroll

The system helps you organize and record monthly payroll for all your connected teachers and staff members.

  1. Go to the "Payroll" or "Salaries" tab.

  2. Select the Payment Period (e.g., current month).

  3. The system lists all assigned staff. Enter the Gross Salary and any Deductions or Bonuses for each staff member.

  4. Once paid, Mark the entry as Processed. This provides a centralized record of your institution's personnel expenses.
