Why is my child not showing up on my list?

This is the most common issue for new parents. Possible reasons include:

  1. Student hasn't sent the connection request. The student must initiate the process (see 4.1).

  2. Incorrect Registration Data. Ensure you gave the student the exact email/phone number you used to register your Parent account.

  3. Pending Approval. The connection request might be waiting for your confirmation in the notifications tab.
